2000 customers: Zac’s big plans for gold outside the pool

In early June, breaststroke gold medallist Zac Stubblety-Cook was in the pool preparing to secure a ticket to Paris. But that wasn’t the only thing on his mind.
With his partner, dual swimming Olympian Leah Neale, the Brisbane-based athlete was working on his first business, a coffee company called Sapidus Roast. It launched the week before the Olympic qualifiers.
